Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n

For all deliveries and services of Cigar Embassy e.K., owner Torger Brunken (hereinafter \"Cigar Embassy\") [Imprint<\/a><\/span>] to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
<\/span>The following shall apply vis-\u00e0-vis entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purchase contract is concluded with Cigar Embassy, owner: Torger Brunken, Am Neutor 1, 53113 Bonn.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the button \"Buy\" \/ \"Order subject to payment\" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within the stated delivery time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices and shipping costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices quoted are final prices including VAT. The amount shown at the time of the binding order applies. Shipping costs are added, which depend on the shipping method and the size and weight of the item(s) you have ordered. You can find out about the details under \"Shipping<\/a>\". We will bear the regular costs of returning the goods within Germany that arise in the event that you return the goods by exercising your right of cancellation. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
<\/strong>The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Cigar Embassy e.K., Inh. Torger Brunken, Am Neutor 5, 53113 Bonn, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 228 92985599 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the following sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong>To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation
<\/strong>If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
<\/strong>You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (insert here the name and address of the person authorised by you to receive the goods, if applicable) without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
<\/strong>We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that this takes place within Germany.
<\/strong>You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n
